Two Important Procedures
If your swimmer is ill . . .
and will not be able to participate in a meet please let Coach G know as soon as possible. This also applies if your swimmer goes home early from school due to illness.

Letting Coach "G" know in advance will help her finalize the meet sheets faster and with fewer revisions.
If your swimmer needs to leave a meet early with you . . .
you must have sent in or faxed a written request to the Athletic Office on or before the day of the meet. The written request can be dropped off at the Athletic Office or faxed to 973451-0304. Please make sure it is received before the bus departs for the meet if it is an away meet.
